The staff was very friendly when needed. The hotel room was functional and reasonably spacious, had TV, a fridge, and a writing table.

Place was new and easy walk to Iznik Foundation. Functional rooms of the apartment complete with good sized en-suite bathroom and excellent a/c, for example. Included a shower, hair dryers and towels, all very handy. All in all everything was great, as a bonus I received wake up calls free of charge.

We had a romantic escape in this hotel and it was a delightful experience. The staff warmly welcomed us and even provided their phone number beforehand. The room was charming, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had good water pressure in the shower. The highlight was the breakfast, which was the best we've ever had. Everything was local, organic, and mostly homemade. The location of the hotel was also great, near a beautiful lake and within the historical center of the city.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The trash was not picked up daily and the Wi-Fi reception in the rooms was poor.

The staff here are really easygoing and the location is spot on, just a stone's throw away from the lake 🌊. I had a great time here. the room was practical yet stunning, with a nice big private bathroom and awesome air conditioning.

Stayed at a place claiming to be a hotel, but felt more like home with a playground, beach access, kayaking, and even a business center. Great to know I can work on my tan while filing my reports.

Such a shame they didn't have a petting zoo or a hot air balloon ride, my mini vacation felt incomplete.

I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay in this new hotel. The tiles on the ground were nice. The furniture and fixtures were new and cosy. The owner couple was friendly and helpful. Complimentary waters were a nice touch. Located in the city center, no need to walk much. Well done and good luck. Try the delicious fried ice cream in the cafeteria.
